The following registration services are provided by SWAT 2006 Organizing Committee.
SWAT 2006 offers an early-bird discount for participants who register before April 30th, 2006 as well as registration discounts for the students.

Please note that at least one of the authors of an accepted paper has to be registered before April 30th, 2006 for the paper to be included in the workshop's program and proceedings.

The full registration fee includes one copy of the proceedings, reception, coffee breaks, lunches, excursion to Rundale palace and the conference dinner. Accommodation must be arranged separately.
Extra ticket (for excursion and conference dinner) costs EUR 45.

To get the student fee you should ask your supervisor to confirm your student status; the confirmation should be sent to swat2006@lumii.lv and must be received by us no later than 48 hours after your registration.
For the student fee, a signed (e.g. by the head of the department) confirmation of the student status is needed when you arrive at SWAT in Riga.

Student registration fee does not include the copy of the proceedings. Please select registration category - Student + Proceedings in case you want receive them.

The Nordic Network on Algorithms (NONA) http://www.ii.uib.no/nona/ is planning to give several travel grants for students from Nordic countries (in a wide sense) for attending SWAT in Riga.

Note: Letters of Invitation will be sent after the receiving your registration fee in the SWAT account. Please register on time!

Each attendee must register separately. To register, you must fill the REGISTRATION FORM, including payment instructions. You can submit the form online or print and fax it to SWAT at +371 7820153. Your registration will be confirmed by email.
NOTE: You have to pay your registration fee and hotel reservation in three calendar days from your registration (we receive your fax with registration details and your credit card number and related information or your payment order together with registration form). In case of delay you have to pass the registration once more.

The registration to the conference takes place as follows:

on line Go to our registration place and fill the form. Confirm your order and pay the invoice using a credit card. Payments with the following cards will be accepted: Eurocard / MasterCard, Visa. After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail, and give you a receipt among the other conference material when you are here.
NOTE: If you selected this option, after submitting registration you will see your registration and invoice information, then press the button 'proceed with on-line payment', then you will be redirected to the secure payment gateway for your credit card.

Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel after registering for SWAT'2006, 80% of the registration sum will be refunded if you cancel before the early registration deadline (April 30, up to and including). If you cancel your registration after this date, the registration sum will not be refunded.
